Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
Agreement
By accessing or using SwarmPage ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What SwarmPage is
SwarmPage provides editorial content, commentary, and tools related to SAP, artificial intelligence, and enterprise technology. Features may include free and paid areas, newsletters, and community or directory-style offerings. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
No guarantee of accuracy
We aim for high quality and careful sourcing, but the Service is provided for general information only. Content may contain errors, omissions, or become outdated. We do not warrant that any information on the Service is complete, accurate, or current for your situation.
Not professional advice
Nothing on SwarmPage is legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and nothing is a substitute for your own professional judgement or for advice from qualified advisers. Business and technology decisions are yours alone.
AI-assisted content
Some content may be drafted or refined with AI tools and is always reviewed by a human editor before publication where that applies. AI can be wrong or incomplete; treat outputs as starting points, not authoritative facts. See our About page for how we handle editorial standards.
Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — for example, by attempting to break security, scrape or overload our systems in ways that harm availability, harass others, or violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for risk to the Service or other users.
User-submitted content
If you submit content (such as forum posts, blog drafts, profile information, or directory listings), you confirm you have the right to share it. You grant SwarmPage a non-exclusive licence to host, display, edit for clarity or length, distribute, and promote that content in connection with operating and marketing the Service. You retain ownership of your underlying material subject to that licence. You may be asked to accept additional terms for specific programmes (e.g. guest posts or partner profiles).
Paid subscriptions and cancellation
Paid plans are billed according to the terms shown at checkout (including price, renewal, and billing cycle). You may cancel recurring subscriptions through the account or payment flow we provide; cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. Refunds follow our then-current refund rules and applicable consumer law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwarmPage and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty pounds sterling, except where the law does not allow such a cap.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, branding, and original editorial content created by SwarmPage, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, subject to mandatory protections in your country of residence where they apply. State and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these terms, except where consumers have rights to bring claims in their home courts as the law requires.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
