SwarmPage ("we", "us") operates the website at swarmpage.com (the "Service"). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use the Service.

• Supabase — database and backend infrastructure; application data may be stored on Supabase systems in line with our configuration.
• Resend — transactional and product email delivery when we send messages through that platform.

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they process data. We only share what is needed for the Service.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and security requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it in line with our practices and applicable law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
